“My fiancé and I were sitting in Maryland discussing where we would like to retire. We both wanted a warmer climate that was close to a beach. She remembered loving HHI from a trip 20 years prior and it met our criteria, so we decided to do some looking. We were trying to get into a plantation to see an open house and stopped into the real estate office. How lucky we were that George Flathmann was the agent on duty. George is a fantastic agent. He called giving us a detailed assessment of the house and said that he thought this might be the one if we can get it at the right price. Based on George’s assessment, we put a contract on the house, contingent on us viewing and liking the house. George was right on the target. We are now the owners of that house.
