AGENTS – TONY HUTCHESON

Originally born in Miami, Tony moved to the island during elementary school in the early 70’s and has been here ever since. His father was one of the first original residential home builders in area. Coming from a construction family his background covers New Construction, Residential, Land and Investment.

Prior to joining Lighthouse Realty, Tony worked for Hargray Communications the past 11 years in the Commercial Dept. Tony is personable and professional, and continually provides his clients with superior service with the utmost integrity.

Tony resides on Hilton Head Island with his wife, Jody and their dog, Austin. He enjoys golfing, mountain biking, volleyball and traveling.

Tony is a member of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors and Hilton Head Multiple Listing Service.
