After a few vacations in HHI, my wife and I knew that we wanted to make an investment on the island. Kendall came highly recommended from a few contacts we had to go on – – so we made contact with Kendall and visited several available properties on that same trip. Living in the Northeast, our dream was to own a vacation property here, but struggled with the logistics of how we could pull this dream together. Kendall made the difference! She was very responsive to our requests and was respectful of our time. She introduced so much calm and useful perspective to our interests –just a very pleasant person that will do a great job because she really cares. Most importantly, she instantly gained our trust. So much so, that we actually went under contract for this purchase sight unseen. Crazy I know, but I said we trusted her. Scanning the MLS we found a Villa we loved, in a spot we were hoping to be in, and we knew we had to move quickly. We utilized Face Time, photos, fax, and e-mails (lots of e-mails) – It was like we were there.

Through that process and experience, we found Kendall to be uniquely helpful. She was our advocate all the way to closing and beyond. She was available to get to the various inspections, provide contacts for consideration for lending, insurance, title attorney, handy man tasks, trash hauling needs, and even to just make yet another trip to the property to snap a picture or take a measurement. Simply, she was our eyes and ears in preparing for this transaction. We finally made a trip back to HHI for a vacation in our new villa, actually attending the closing in person. Our story doesn’t end there . . . . . We loved how everything turned out so much, that a year and a half later we decided to make an even larger investment and purchase a single family home not too far from the original purchase. The choice was easy – we used Kendall again to start viewing properties and soon found the one – SMOOTH. Soon after we decided to list our original (villa) purchase and now Kendall worked for us as a Seller’s agent. She promoted it professionally and was equally diligent in this role, getting the property under contract in just over a month. So thankful we met Kendall!

We couldn’t ask for me than Kendall provided. She is young but sharp, straight shooter and totally authentic. Kendall handled the negotiation process flawlessly even disputing what we thought should be the next love in negotiation and ultimately getting us a better price than we anticipated.
