Brian brings his extensive knowledge and skill-set of the real estate market to Hilton Head Island and the Low Country and is a respected full-time REALTOR®. As the current President-Elect of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors, Brian is dedicated to understanding and communicating the policies, procedures, and ethics for the current real estate market. He is well respected among his colleges and in the community and understands the importance of building and maintaining client and cohort relationships. Brian’s outstanding communication skills helps each client achieve their real estate goals for the lifestyle they want while living on Hilton Head Island whether on a full or part-time basis. That involves actively listening to the client’s wants and needs including access to amenities, community features, culture, and lifestyle choices. Real estate is more than just a house. “Being a realtor means creating an overall environment that enhances quality of life,” says Brian.

Brian credits his parents with instilling in him strong values and work ethics while growing up in Texas. Brian resides on Hilton Head Island with his wife Mollie, daughter Clementine, and their dog Tug. He enjoys boating and is an avid kite boarder and surfer. He is also an engaged community member, serving on the board of directors with The Sandbox Children’s Museum, The Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors, The Outside Foundation and donates his time to several non-profit organizations including NAMI and Pockets Full of Sunshine. Prior to entering real estate as a career, Brian spent many years traveling the world in the merchant marine industry and had an active leadership role in negotiating and resolving conflicts to improve working conditions among a diverse group of workers.
